Is Jake Paul, Worst Person on Earth, Signed to Atlantic Records?

Last week, Jake Paul, the ridiculously popular YouTuber and worst person on Earth, released a remix of his obnoxious single “It’s Everyday Bro” with Gucci Mane. The odd collaboration was teased months ago on Paul’s YouTube channel, where Mane can be seen in studio saying, “Shout out to the all the Jake Paulers.” On Friday another YouTuber, Keemstar, tweeted that Paul allegedly paid Gucci Mane $250,000 for the single feature, citing an anonymous source:

This isn’t the first time that Keemstar shared Jake Paul music news via anonymous source. Last month, he tweeted that Jake Paul signed a multi-million dollar deal with Atlantic Records, the label home of Gucci Mane. I reached out to Jake Paul and Atlantic for comment when that happened, but never heard anything back.

Gucci Mane charging a quarter mill for a single verse might appear outlandish, but Complex wrote in 2014 that Kendrick Lamar charges up to $400,000 for a verse. Get to the money, boys!

We reached out to Gucci Mane and Jake Paul about this exorbitant feature price and will update when (and if) we receive comment.
