What I’m about to share with you will blow your mind—either because you love Carly Rae Jepsen and hope for new music from her ASAP, or because you can’t believe people really pay this much attention to the social media lives of celebrities.

The “Call Me Maybe” singer apparently changed her Instagram bio Monday night. It now reads, “When you move it’s like a disco darling — all my dreams come true.” Changing your Instagram bio is a relatively minor thing, but in the hands of CRJ fans, this is huge. This is potentially teasing to new music. And not just any kind of new music, but disco-inspired music. Reader, can you even imagine?

This is not the first time Jepsen has said something about disco. (A kind of ridiculous observation to make, but OK.) Two years ago, Jepsen told Billboard she was “very much into disco-y things,” in reference to her work on her sophomore album, 2015's Emotion. But what if she didn’t get it all out of her system on that record? (Emotion is full of bops and is perfect, by the way.) What if she didn’t even get it all out of her system on her 2016 LP, Emotion: Side B? What if there’s still more disco in her heart, more disco she has to share with the world—and now, she’s decided, is the right moment to do it?

Only time (and her ever-observant fandom) will tell. If you know something, please, email me: frida@gizmodomedia.com.
