Frances Bean Cobain—daughter of iconic Nirvana frontperson Kurt Cobain and Hole singer Courtney Love, best friend to Mindless Self Indulgence’s Lyn-Z, aspiring YouTube chef and extremely cool 20-something—has made her first foray into original music. In a new video posted to her official Instagram account Wednesday, Cobain sings, acapella (via Consequence of Sound): “I think I saw you when I was small / I think I found you / A penny for your good thoughts / I think I found you / Jesus hangs in your place on the cross / All these hinges become unscrewed / Heaven knows it was a cage on earth.” You can watch that below, and get goddamn excited for her future music career. I can’t be the only one:

FBC stans (we’ll come up with a better fandom name later, let me live) are well aware of her other Instagram account, spacewitchin_in_thekitchen, in which the rock goddess child infrequently posts pictures of delicious creations. It links to a YouTube account with a similar handle, the title “Witchin’ in the Kitchen with Frances Bean,” and no videos...yet. If this music thing doesn’t pan out, maybe cookin’ will? I’m hoping for dual careers—or whatever the hell she wants to do, she’s her own dang person.

Here’s to 2018, the year of Frances Bean!
