Earlier this month we reported that members of K-Pop boy band Big Bang, G-Dragon and Taeyang, would soon join the South Korean military to serve the country’s mandatory two-year enlistment. According to AllKPop, a popular K-Pop blog, G-Dragon has entered the 3rd Infantry ‘White Skull’ Division (bad ass?) and will be discharged in November 2019. What it means for the future of Big Bang is unknown, but let’s just wish the guy the best, huh?

We’ve reached out to Big Bang representatives for comment and will update this post if we hear back.
