You can now date EDM duo The Chainsmokers! Kind of! Celebrity musicians love to get all up in our mobile dating (re: hookup) apps for monetary gain and honestly, it’s an easy trap to fall into. It wasn’t that long ago I swiped right on Zedd, thinking I finally found the German elf prince of my dreams. Alas! It was for an upcoming tour date or some shit and I never looked back. Thanks for nothing, Tinder.

The Chainsmokers, whose names I’ve tried to learn 100 times but still can’t remember (I swear one of them might be...Andrew?) have partnered with Bumble for a new venture called Bumble Beats, which launched today. According to Stereogum, 1,000 Southern Methodist University students matched with the duo and were given free concert tickets, which is a hell of a lot more than Tinder and Zedd gave me. A very lucky winner (weird word to use in association with a dating app) will get to join our favorite boys onstage. Perhaps they will fall in love, and nothing will be the same.
